Having worked in the Music and Creative Industries spanning 15 years Sharon has encompassed many roles ranging from Publishing, Press & Promotions, Regional A&R to Live Production for companies which include; V2 Records, RCA Records, Sony Music, AEG Live, The List Magazine and Columbia Records where Sharon remained in Regional A&R for 7 years.
After leaving A&R in 2009, Sharon Co-founded and established an Artist Management Company with colleague Jamie Gilmour (Rightsbridge Publishing, EMU Bands) primarily looking after the welfare of Edinburgh based band ‘We Were Promised Jetpacks’ who signed with FatCat Records both in the UK & U.S cementing their careers throughout Europe and America. In 2012 Hail Eris Management started working with ‘The Phantom Band’ overseeing two nationally recognized albums released via Chemikal Underground Records.
Through taking a hiatus at the end of 2014 to concentrate on opportunities within Live Music Production and the Scottish Film Industry, Sharon returned to Artist Management again in late 2015 working on emerging artists such as The Van T’s, Helen Marnie (formally of Ladytron) Model Aeroplanes and Megan Airlie, with fellow Lost Art Agency colleague Yvonne McLellan (Island Records and Native Publishing)
Out with Artist anagement, Sharon currently works on a freelance basis for AEG Live & Goldenvoice, The Glasgow Jazz Festival and Regular Music where she is also part of the team delivering the annual ‘Summer Nights at the Bandstand’ Series.
Yvonne McLellan, has been active in the music industries since 1997 working with record labels and music publishers such as Island Records, SpinnUp (Universal Music), V2 Music, Rawkus and Sony ATV.
Working in A&R, marketing, international and distribution Yvonne has used her experience in setting up her own record shop, publishing company, promoting shows, in artist management and now to collaborate in Lost Art Agency campaigns.
Known as an organisational, research, digital, intellectual property and strategy geek, Yvonne has also spent many years passing on knowledge and encouraging new blood in making guest appearances and lecturing in music business. Rising to the challenge in the shifting nature of the music industries, Yvonne embraces change and thrives in innovative practice.
Whilst working in the corporate world, Halina developed music blog and podcast, Podcart in 2009 which led to writing jobs with Rock Sound, Artrocker and The Scotsman.
In 2015 she moved into the field of press, PR and digital marketing. She has developed successful PR and social media campaigns for musicians, venues, eateries and more.
In 2017, Halina set up an online and offline mental health safe space, The Respite Room which aims to educate, help and promote awareness of the subject.
Andy Hannah has spent the last eight years as a journalist writing for publications like Ja Ja Ja Music, Gold Flake Paint and London In Stereo, but the majority of this time has been as Senior Editor with The Line Of Best Fit, one of the UK’s best independent sites for new music discovery.
Andy has spent much of this time giving a platform to the best in new Nordic music and beyond, being the one of the first UK writers to give coverage to the likes of Sigrid and Pom Poko while Best Fit was also the first site to launch artists like IDER to a wider audience.
A prolific writer, Andy has spoken at length to Jenny Hval, Ina Wroldsen, Phoenix, Young M.A. and many more over the years, showcasing a taste in music which crosses a number of genres and styles.
